Please let me introduce myself. My name is Carol Terry and I serve as the Insurance Agent for the FCNB Insurance – Ava office, specializing in auto, home, business, health and life insurance.

 

I have been in the insurance industry since 1994 when I lived in Oklahoma, which led to an underwriting position for a company in Tulsa. After moving to Missouri, I worked for a national company as an in-house agent in Springfield, MO. I am now proud to serve the Ava community as a full service agent. FCNB Insurance Services is a family-owned independent agency, which means we have a large variety of companies and products at our disposal to meet your every insurance need, all under one roof.  It has always been my goal to provide our customers with the best possible coverage to meet their needs at the best price possible.

 

My husband Kenneth and I breed World Champion Missouri Fox Trotting horses on a farm outside of Gainesville, MO, which keeps us very busy; however, I have an open door policy.  If someone needs me, I am there.
